We are proud to offer fresh hot sandwiches, salads & more prepared from our friends at Memoranda Kitchen. 

All sandwiches are $13 and come with chips

Brisket Melt – with melted cheddar cheese, beef brisket, garlic, with chard rosemary aoili on fresh ciabatta

Pretzel Reuben – pulled corn beef, local sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and french dijon mustard on a pretzel bun

Veggie Melt fresh mozzarella, Greek tapanade with a variety of olives, roasted red peppers & capers, arugula, roasted garlic & lemon aioli and basil pesto on on a fresh baguette

Gluten Free Turkey & Havarti sliced roasted turkey breast, havarti cheese, red onion, arugala, banana peppers, lemon/roasted garlic aoili on gluten free white bread

Grilled Cheese – oooey gooey mozzerella, havarti, good old American cheese and a little lemon aioli on fresh ciabatta. Perfect for the kid or kid in you! $12

Strawberry PB & J – served toasted with warm crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam on sliced croissant bread $12

Bahn Mi SaladVegan AND gluten-free this delicious salad contains red & green cabbage, carrots, pickled diakon, cucumber, roasted peanuts, fried tofu, and fresh cilantro with a creamy nuoc cham style dressing. $10

Charcuterie for 2 – cured meats (Dodge City Salami & Il Porcellino Diablo Salumi), French triple cream brie, Neal’s Yard Dairy montgomery’s cheddar, olives, organic sourdough flatbread, and Davina chili fig jam. $16

Sausage Sammie – breakfast pork sausage glazed with maple syrup, two fried eggs, and sharp white cheddar on a buttery croissant roll

Vegan New Mexico Wrap – scrambled “just egg,” roasted potatoes, whole pinto beans, roasted green chilies, vegan cheddar cheese, and vegan chipotle wrapped in a tortilla
